At My Freedom Fuel, we take pride in providing reliable and timely fuel delivery services to our customers. Due to the nature of our product and service, all sales are considered final, and we do not offer refunds once fuel has been delivered.
Exceptions:
Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

Incorrect Delivery: If fuel is delivered to the wrong address due to an error on our part.

Failed Delivery: If fuel was not delivered at all despite a confirmed booking and payment.

Overpayment: In cases of duplicate transactions or overcharges.
To request a refund under one of the exceptions above, please contact us within 3 business days of your scheduled delivery. Refund requests made after this window may not be honored.
