1. Service Description

MyFreedomFuel offers on-demand fuel delivery to residential, commercial, and fleet customers. Fuel is delivered directly to your vehicle, equipment, or approved storage container at the location you provide.

2. Eligibility

To place an order on our site, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Provide accurate delivery and contact information.

  • Have permission to refuel the vehicle or equipment at the specified location.

 

3. Ordering and Delivery

  • Delivery windows are estimates and may vary based on weather, traffic, or availability.

  • Your vehicle or tank must be parked in a safe, legal, and accessible location.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule deliveries if conditions are unsafe or do not meet our requirements.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are based on real-time market rates and confirmed during checkout.

  • All payments are due at the time of order. 

  • Additional service or cancellation fees may apply if delivery conditions are not met.

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled up to 6 hours before the scheduled delivery without penalty.

  • Refunds will be issued for undelivered fuel or billing errors.

  • No refunds will be given once the fuel has been delivered and the transaction completed.

 

6. Safety and Liability

  • You are responsible for ensuring the safety of the delivery location.

  • MyFreedomFuel is not responsible for any damage resulting from unsafe delivery conditions, improper fuel use, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

  • Any spills or incidents will be handled in compliance with local safety and environmental laws.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyFreedomFuel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected delivery.

 

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website and our services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

 

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
